The holidays are such an exciting time for families. We are looking forward to spending time with our loved ones during the coming months. We are looking forward to spending Thanksgiving in Vernal this year with Travis's family. We look forward to meeting Travis's father's new wife and her children as well as seeing our Nephew Easton and Niece MaKynlee and their dad Tucker. We will also get to see Sally and Collin again! We will hopefully get to see Mary and Brent on the Friday after Thanksgiving. If not, hopefully on Saturday or Sunday. For Christmas, we will be in Arizona from the 20th to the 27th of December. We are so excited to see our family and the cute puppies that Lily will have while we're there. We will get to see lots of extended family while we are down there, and Larry, Eileen's dad will be there! Holidays are nothing without your family close by. :)Happy Holidays, everyone!Travis and Stephanie
Alright everyone, it's been awhile, but here's the update: We just bought our first house! It's a 3 bed, 2 bath condo in Provo. It's about 1060 square feet withaulted ceilings and 2 balconies.
Travis's step-brother BJ is also living with us for a few months while he attends BYU. He's a really sweet kid and we enjoy having him around. We also had the opportunity to go down to Arizona in September to be with Stephanie's family at a wedding and had some family pictures taken (Shown above). Names (in first picture L-R) Travis, Stephanie, Eileen (Mom), Dale (Dad), Matthew (brother), and Nicole (sister).
Matthew also had the opportunity to visit us in Las Vegas in October (kind of for his birthday). The plan was to bring all of Travis's friends' camaros down and race them at the track. Unfortunately, about 2 miles from the track, it startted to rain. For anyone that knows anything about racing cars, you cannot race them in the rain. The tires don't hook up. Everyone still had fun just hanging out though. Hopefully next time it won't rain us out and Matt can see the cars in action at the race track.
That's all for now, I think. Until next time!
